With computer software deep into all aspects of social life,society increasingly demanding software quality, along with the size of the software development cycle and continued growth of software development is constantly increasing risks and uncertainties,software quality more and more difficult to control, software quality visibility is getting worse.In order to improve software quality and software quality visualization software to get rid of the crisis, domestic and international organizations and institutions began to software process and quality of in-depth research. Made a lot of software quality models, relatively well-known Capability Maturity Model, GQM model.Currently the software quality measurement model , although to some extent the development of software organizations provide some guidance to improve the quality of the software process and product quality of some help,to a certain extent, improve the process capability of software organizations. However, the current model of software quality metrics are at the macro guidance on software metrics, does not give a software development environment under certain specific embodiments. This paper is the study of statistical process control model based on software metrics, first of all, the quality of the collection and collation of data related organizations at some stage,the formation of the organization's quality performance baseline to calculate the upper limit of the stage quality control characteristics of the property, the mean and lower control limit. Secondly, according to the organization's business objectives and calculation is based on the principles of statistical process control to get control of the baseline,baseline setting control of the project, forming a control chart.Again, select the project to control the quality of data into the figure,according to the abnormality determination control charts sentenced to eight different criteria, but based on the current quality of data items collected for the project to predict future trends in quality. Finally,the analysis and quality abnormality judgment trends develop countermeasures, Abnormal analyzed using histograms,pie charts,Pareto diagrams and analysis of project status,track and continuous improvement.Finally, the data collected through a project description model for application unit test,using a software quality metrics, the application of statistical process control results show that the software quality metric model of statistical process control in software quality control, it is reasonable and predict effective..
