At present,China's radio communications industry continues to develop,to China's economic development with a good income,while a number of radio management services in the basic facilities are also constantly developing,to the development of radio industry added power,making The development of the radio management industry has become more and more popular.However,the rapid development of radio at the same time,we also have to pay attention to its monitoring of the current difficulties,whether radio monitoring or radio frequency spectrum management are faced with the current high complexity of the electromagnetic environment problems,but also faced with technological transformation.The original radio communication technology has three characteristics,namely a single analog signal,a large area system,high-power coverage,but after the transformation will present a completely different digital signal,cell system(micro-cellular),broadband micro-power characteristics.From this technology change can be seen,the current radio monitoring mode and spectrum management mode for a higher demand.In the radio management to introduce the "grid" concept,the radio management into the radio business applications in every corner of the radio management to enhance the digital,fine,standardized and scientific level has a positive significance,will help To achieve the electromagnetic spectrum "to point on behalf of the surface," the rugged passive static supervision to the grid dynamic fine-tuning dynamic changes.At present,the monitoring and management of radio used in grid is still in the initial stage.This concept has not been successful so far.Therefore,the research of this paper has some prospective,guiding and exploratory.The purpose of this paper is to provide the basis for the grid development of radio monitoring and management technology,so that the management mode and means of radio monitoring in China will be improved rapidly to make up the gap with the developed countries..This paper introduces the current situation and problems of radio management technology,analyzes the advantages of grid technology,designs a radio monitoring system and spectrum management system based on grid,and provides technical means for the refinement of radio management.The work is as follows:Firstly,the application of gridding technology in radio management is studied.Secondly,a radio monitoring system and spectrum management system based on grid are designed.Thirdly,the research content is applied to the construction of Yinchuan urban grid radio monitoring system.
