In recent years,China urbanization development and radio technology updates,which makes the radio spectrum resources utilization rate greatly increased.And the management way is also more and more strict,therefore,the existing traditional fixed monitoring mode cannot meet the needs of the current urban radio monitoring work.This is a major manifestation not only of large areas of monitoring,but also of the ability of the site to be co-located.At present,the TDOA(time difference)technology has been gradually mature,and it has simple system,high precision,easy network,cheap price,easy upgrading,and many other advantages which be widely used in radio monitoring and positioning,etc.In this thesis,we study design and finally completed the grid network radio monitoring test system,with studying of the current situation and social value of radio monitoring,the following conclusions come out:Firstly,expatiates the status quo of current network working mode and the change of architecture,proving its scientific value and social benefits of a positive,such as the significance of research;Secondly,through analyzing the current status of Tianjin radio monitoring network coverage area,etc,according to the national radio management "twelfth five-year" plan technical guidance meaning construction in Tianjin grid network radio monitoring test of the feasibility study;Thirdly,through focusing on the architecture of grid monitoring system design scheme,from the radiation source localization,monitoring data mining,the design of the intelligent system and so on has carried on the detailed planning,and the main properties and the hardware system transmission equipment and other technical indicators,finally the establishment of a complete monitoring database,realizing the grids the integration of the radio monitoring network system design;Fourthly,with the reliability of monitoring data,through the analysis of the software test has practical significance,to achieve the effective management of radio spectrum monitoring network for TianjinAt present the research scheme has been applied in actual radio signal monitoring and positioning,and the result is good.
