In recent years,the radio technology has made a rapid development in both domestic and international,the corresponding management and application of radio spectrum resource requirements higher and higher,and the current monitoring methods is unable to meet the needs of management.In order to ensure that the radio spectrum resources can be in more efficient and orderly application,all the radio regulatory departments also try to use radio monitoring technology to determine the unknown signal source and at the same time plan illegal allocation of the spectrum resources as much as possible and reasonable,investigate the illegal signal timely and purify spectrum resources environment.Mobile grid radio monitoring network can improve the effectiveness and flexibility of monitoring,and it is a new exploration of radio management technology.This thesis introduces the overall construction of the radio monitoring network in Tianjin,and analyzed the reasons of some problems of the fixed grid monitoring method such as low signal location accuracy,weak signal recognition ability and so on.The proposed mobile grid monitoring method can effectively improve these two problems.In this thesis,the construction of mobile grid monitoring network is implemented,and the radio spectrum situation monitoring and data analysis are carried out based on the monitoring network.This thesis describes the technical characteristics of mobile grid monitoring,and gives solutions of the hardware terminal and network,by means of public transportation with small receiver,to obtain a large number of real road test radio signal monitoring data through space continuous driving,and relying on advanced adaptive structure,spectrum map,optimization coverage calculation and monitoring data acquisition technology,build the mobile grid network monitoring system.Based on analysis of the measured data,the total power generation of multi-channel radiation pattern and spectrum map,objectively reflect the electromagnetic situation of space radio and to provide technical support for radio management.The achievement of this thesis can effectively improve the overall ability of radio monitoring in Tianjin,and also the active exploration of radio management in the construction of intelligent city.
