Design And Implementation Of Personnel Archives Management System Based On ASP.NET

With the personnel information management more and more arduous task,the workload is more and more big,the traditional manual management has been unable to meet the the need of situation development,development of personnel management system based on computer technology is imminent.Where I am the enterprise the problems,brought a lot of trouble and inconvenience to the daily personnel management work.In this study the author where actual unit personnel file management situation as the background,using unified modeling language to achieve system model building;application of ASP.Net technology,using B / S architecture model and SQL Server 2008,we realize the system;system is reasonable in design,page layout of the beautiful,man-machine interactive operation convenient.This paper expounds the research background,the domestic and foreign development status,the study contents,research purpose and significance of;introduces the techniques of design and implementation of the personnel file management system,including asp.net,ado.net database access technology and SQL Server 2008 database,UML Unified Modeling Language;on the personnel file management system functional requirements analysis,given the system’s business process,system in system role and function of the case.Use case system include file management function case,remote medical management function case,provident fund management function case,the function of insurance management,case report management function case,basic information management and system management function case function case,and gives each module functional description,case analysis and use case description;system design of physics the network connection structure,logical structure,function modules and system database;each module of the system is designed in detail,the function of each module is given structure diagram,class diagram and sequence diagram;the design of the database of information entities and the logical structure of the data table;the individual function system login,file management module,remote medical management the insurance fund management module,module,management module and the basic information management module as an example For the realization of that;at last the system login function module,file management module library as an example of the system test,the test results meet the expected requirements of the target system.Through the application of the personnel file management system,the realization of the unit staff of personnel files,insurance business,remote medical service,provident fund business and the basic information management functions,improve the work efficiency of the management staff,to realize the informatization in the management of personnel archives unit has important significance.
