Research On Credit System And Evaluation Method Of Intelligent Logistics Public Information Platform

In order to promote the supply side reform of the logistics industry,to develop the new business mode of logistics economy under the Internet economy,the logistics model has been innovated and developed,which forms the mode of the Public Information Service platform,the resource integration transaction platform and the Cross-border electronic commerce platform.Cloud computing,large data,Internet of Things,mobile web and other new information technology popularization application,it is advantageous to integrate logistics resources efficiently,improve logistics circulation efficiency and reduce cost.Logistics Public Information platform has become the pioneer of "Internet +" new industry in logistics industry.With the interconnection of different logistics platforms at the national and local levels,it is necessary to establish a credit rating system which is suitable for the development of logistics Platform as soon as possible,to study and formulate a standardized and unified credit evaluation method and establish a long-term mechanism of credit evaluation.Through intelligent logistics platform and national Enterprise credit information system to publicize,guide logistics enterprises,Logistics Park,logistics Industry Integrity Management,establish a good logistics market credit system.Based on the research of credit system and credit risk in China and abroad,combining the public information platform of National transportation logistics and other provinces and cities logistics platform functions,this paper at the same time,aiming at the problems of low admittance level of logistics platform,lack of credit rating system and inability to objectively reflect the real credit of enterprises,this paper studies the source of credit risk in the credit system of intelligent logistics public information platform,and analyzes the platform credit system from the platform's own credit supervision and platform participants.Through the comprehensive analysis of the credit index system of multiple participants in the platform,integrating the credit evaluation indexes of transportation,warehousing,freight forwarding and other logistics processes,the paper constructs a credit evaluation system of intelligent logistics public Information platform with 4 A-level indexes and 24 two-level indicators.Analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,grey relational degree analysis,based on topsis method,fuzzy matter element analysis method,data Envelopment analysis method,genetic algorithm,neural network and other evaluation methods,this paper puts forward a method of public credit rating of Intelligent logistics using BP neural network,and establishes the three-layer feedforward BP neural network model of credit rating.Using the hierarchical feedback function of the three-layer feedforward BP neural network model of credit rating,and the Nntool function of MATLAB to train the sample data continuously until the best training effect is reached,the credit rating result is obtained.The credibility evaluation index system and the credit rating method based on BP neural network provide a new method for the credit supervision of the logistics industry and the intelligent Logistics Public information platform.
