Research On Logistics Information Integration In Collaborative Commerce

Collaborative Commerce has become the first mainstream application of information Technology, and also the future direction of business models development. Since the rise of e-commerce technology in the world in 1995, collaborative commerce in China has maintained a rapid growth, however, due to our infrastructure and the theory concept relatively backward, the development of collaborative commerce in our country encounter bottlenecks continually, and the development of collaborative commerce logistics can not meet the development of the collaborative commerce is the most serious one. Logistics information integration is the first question we have to solve, if we want to develop collaborative logistics business in China. The practice of logistics information integration in collaborative commerce is still in its initial stage in China , many problems exist, such as the degree of integration of logistics information between Third-party logistics service providers and suppliers is too low; Logistics market information invisible makes logistics resources collocate unreasonable; Logistics standards non-uniform; Lack of evaluation channels for collaborative commerce logistics etc, these problems are serious obstacles to China's development of collaborative commerce logistics. At present, China have not an effective solution for logistics information integration, therefore explore a solution for logistics information integration is urgent for us.In this article, the author first has analyzed the current situation of logistics information integration in Collaborative Commerce in China, and has extracted the problems of logistics information integration in Collaborative Commerce and the main reason which has lead to this situation. This job has given the direction of the solution formulation. On the basis of the analysis of the problems and reasons, a general framework of the solution which fit to the situation in china has been made. The solution include build E-commence Logistics Information Platform Based On Fifth-party Logistics and introduce the third-party payment model. The former is the core of integrated logistics information tool, The latter is the means of evaluation for collaborative logistics business. In the final two chapters, the Concrete implementation of the solution has been analyzed. In the forth chapter the E-commence Logistics Information Platform Based On Fifth-party Logistics has been designed ,and part of the realization has been researched. In the fifth chapter, the evaluation means of logistics business in Collaborative E-commence has been explored.The research of the integration of logistic information in Collaborative commence is a process which develop with the development of collaborative business, the theory, program needs to be tested, modified and consummated in practice continually. Because of the time, conditions, sources of information and my ability limit, there are some insufficiency in this article, such as the overall Development of the Platform, The practical feasibility of the programs etc. All of these shortcomings are damaged the paper's scientific and persuasive, so the conclusions of this paper need further analysis and testing in future research and practice, and the overall development of the platform need to be finished in the future.
