With the development of "Internet+Logistics",logistics information platform is considered to be an effective model of improving resource utilization and information responsiveness,integrating road freight resource and reducing logistics costs.But some credit problems such as logistics transaction information doesn't match for the actual,payment security and the cargo disappeared are often happened on platform.These not only increase the loss of the users,but also affect the reputation of platform,hinder the development of the platform and its performance.In order to solve these problems,this paper aimed to analyze its impact on the development of the platform based on the systematic engineering and put forward a technical system to guarantee the credit of the logistics information platform to reduce the corresponding credit problems from the technical level,so as to promote the healthy operation of the logistics information platform and improve the level of logistics operations in China.(i)This paper summed up the credit problems happened on the platform and classified them and analyzed the systematic impact of these credit problems on platform operations.Using "4M1E" to analyze the causes of the occurrence and establish the summary diagram.The axiomatic design was introduced into the overall design of the credit technology system,and then determined the overall credit technical measures.(ii)Based on the overall design,every specific measure was constructed.In order to solve the relevant problems of information publishing,this paper creatively introduced a couple of multi-media releasing ways through integrating pictures-publishing,voice-publishing,video-publishing and an initial multi-media scheme for logistics business information expression was established.From the aspect of value engineering,taking the shipping business information as example,a criterion and its quantitative evaluation method about the completeness of shipping information were both constructed.The MOD method was applied to determine the time-consume in releasing business information.It was proved that by the relative value of business releasing ways the new pattern adding video is the optimal pattern.In order to solve the default of freight and other credit issues,this paper established a three-level analysis and decision framework about logistics information platforms introduce the third-party payment.The corresponding game comparative analysis before and after introducing third-party payments between payment parties was made.Furthermore,quantitative analysis of the type of third party payment model was made based on multiple-attribute decision-making and determined six indexes and its weights.Corresponding multiple-attribute decision-making model was constructed.And Alipay is selected to be the best mode at present.In order to standardize the whole process of platform users' credit behavior,this paper designed the credit evaluation management system of freight transportation platform,including twice selected on credit evaluation index and designed credit evaluation method.Index weight was determined by using AHP,adopted five-level language variables and converted to quantitative score calculation by triangular fuzzy number.A quantitative synthesis method of credit score was established based on average method and determine big credit event handling mechanism.Finally,this paper took the evaluation criteria of shippers as an example and using an instantiation to verify.(iii)A system dynamic model was constructed by using the principle and method of system dynamics to analysis the relationship between credit technology system and credit value on platform.The model was simulated and many variables' changing trend was analyzed.Finally,the utility of the credit technical system was verified and a number of strategies were given.
