In order to help Logistics Company, government and logistics customers to analyze logistics information, provide decision support and analysis, the Intelligent Analysis System was implemented in the Third Party Logistics Public Service Platform (TPLPSP).At present, most of logistics information systems in homeland have developed for single logistics company, but do research on logistics public service platform and the intelligence analyses technology of them is rarely. With the development of great logistics, logistics data increased rapidly, how can the enterprise excavate out useful information in this has become the key of such filed. So the intelligent analysis system facing to TPLPSP was researched in the essay.In the essay, the problem of current technology about logistics information system and the intelligent analysis is analyzed firstly. On the basis having studied the third party logistics job pattern, the essay adopted JSP and B/S structure to have developed a TPLPSP which is consisted by two parts: the third party logistics management information system which is used to collect and manage the logistics dynamic data and intelligent analysis system which is used to analyze data and make decision according to the demand from deferent logistics company.The level structure of the logistics data was defined in multidimensional logistics data model, and the logistics data is analyzed according to different subjects. Then LTJOIN algorithm and LTANALYSE algorithm is used to create the analysis foundation data. The improved Apriori algorithm which is to analyze the logistics information enhances the efficiency of data analysis through reducing the scale of scanning data and the number of alternative items that may become frequent item.Finally, the analysis shows that the application of LTJOIN and LTANALYSE algorithm in logistics data modeling can enhance the efficiency of logistics data. And the logistics analysis model can improve the efficiency of the logistics analysis that is also realized easily.The essay is consisted of seven chapters. The project's background and Current Status is introduced in the first chapter; the related acknowledges of logistics and intelligent analysis system are expounded in the second chapter; the design alternative of the intelligent analysis system is explained in the third chapter; the multidimensional logistics data model and logistics analysis model are expatiated in the fourth and fifth chapter. Using intelligent analysis system in TPLPSP is introduced in the sixth chapter; the summary and expectation is explained in the seventh chapter.
