Research And Realization Of The Public Information Platform Facing To Medium And Small Logistics Enterprises

With accelerating of economic globalization, people gradually recognize that modern logistics is important to the economic development, logistics industry is in a period of rapid development. The purpose of modern logistics is improving service efficiency, meeting the client demand, reducing the logistic costs. It presents the features of information, network, flexibility and standardization, and the most important is information. Only when the information can be effectively achieved network, flexibility and standardization, logistics enterprises can effectively improve efficiency and make the clients satisfied.Logistics information system can improve the service efficiency, speed up the response capacity, reduce logistics costs and offer clients related value-added services. Information level of logistics management and service has become an important sign which is used to distinguish traditional logistics and modern logistics. There are more than 0.3 million logistics enterprises in China, but most of them are medium or small enterprises, which don't find appropriate information supporting platform continuously because of capital shortage. As a result, the development of these enterprises is greatly slow. The construction of Public Logistics Information Platform can achieve effective transferring and sharing of whole society logistics information, meet the information needs of different customers, improve the logistics efficiency.This paper analyzes this issue's research background and significance firstly, gives us current development situation of logistics information platform both here and abroad, describes research situation of logistics enterprises'evaluation, elaborates this thesis's research content and structure. Secondly, it analyzes medium or small logistics enterprises'information construction model, designs the overall solution; then according to enterprises'functional requirements, it makes a detailed needs analysis to the Public Logistics Information Platform and finishes use case modeling by using UML(Unified Modeling Language). Then, based on the functional requirements, the article fixes the Public Logistics Information Platform's functional architecture and design framework, accomplishes the platform's total design, including the function module design and database design, etc.. analyzes and devises logistics enterprises'evaluation model. Finally, it develops the platform based on it, and achieves a complete Public Logistics Information Platform ultimately.
