Design Of Enterprise Purchasing Management Information System Of HUVIS Chemical Fiber Co.,Ltd

As one of the most essential and important part of business management,Procurement Management have very crucial impact on some aspects,such as it can reduce the operation costs,improve product quality and shorten production time.The author of this paper is from the procurement department of Sichuan Huvis Chemical Fiber Co.Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Huvis),which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Huvis Corporation,South Korea.The existing procurement system of Huvis has been running for more than 10 years and has shown some insufficiency,such as the highly cost of client-side data maintenance,the limitation of clients' access and lack of date synchronism.All those aspects listed above will result the repeating waste on investment.Aiming at the current situation of Huvis procurement management,this paper focused on the following points:(1)According to the work experience and the deep investigation of the company's procurement management workflow,the procurement information was collated and summed up.The new system of functional requirements and technical indicators was presented,which is based on the company's existing procurement management system.(2)Using C/S model as the overall framework of the system,the integrated use of.NET framework,Server2008 SQL database,and system was designed which include seven modules(i.e.the basic information module,management module,supplier quotation module,project management module,storage management module,database management module and the module design of balance of payments statistics).The coupling between modules is low,which provides the design basis for the stable and reliable operation of the system.The client has a strong ability to process and display purchasing information and the server is less stressed.(3)The function and performance of the system are tested.Test results show that the system can meet the needs of business processing,more than 50 people visit at the same time,the high concurrent response time is better than 2 seconds,to meet the design technical requirements.At present,the system has been deployed in Huvis company purchasing department trial.
