The Unified Modeling Language (UML) is a popular international standard object-oriented modeling language in recent years. This paper describes the development of procurement management information system based on UML modeling. Modeling is a core part of all activities to develop excellent software, is also the focus of this work. In this paper, we consider the development of the advantages of UML modeling. Combined with the characteristics of the system development, our own set of UML modeling process is presented. In this paper, we use UML modeling given a detailed description of the system, and complete system analysis, design, implementation and testing.
