At the same time, it plays an important role in production development, quality assurance, supply chain management and business management.This paper gives analysis on significance for procurement management to enterprise firstly; secondly, conducts a designing of workflow engine based on description of basic theory and related technique; and at last, combines with workflow to design and implementation of procurement management information system for airlines catering corporation. This system chooses SQL Server2000 as database and platform using B/S structure under Microsoft.Net environment. Realization is completed of procurement request, procurement approval, check and warehouse for goods.Apply concept and thoughts of workflow to procurement management information system and result in cooperative accessing, which shortens dealing period and raises office efficiency.
