Along with the development of modern Internet technology and network marketing mode highlights the importance,online customer service system has become the power to establish the brand image,to understand customer needs,an important way to solve customer electricity business problems,establish a unified online power customer service system,at the same time,the rapid and timely manner to meet the needs of multiple users,improve the interaction between the company and the customer.The electric power customer service system needs the advanced computer technology and perfect network environment to achieve,this is a technical problem of future electric power customer service system designers will have to face.Through the research on the market reform of power enterprises in developed countries in Europe and America,it is found that the power enterprises can effectively enhance the reliability and effective of the power company's customer service centers through the use of middleware technology,call center technology,automatic meter reading technology and smart meter technology.Increased responsiveness to electricity customer demand.In contrast,the domestic power customer service platform development starting point is late,the development speed is relatively slow.But with the improvement of user needs,but also the establishment of a separate customer service system,such as: large customer support system,marketing channel support system.But there are customer service system can not achieve the sharing of resources,poor communication between systems,poor system integrity,because it has been unable to meet the enterprise market competition and efficient operation requirements.This design was investigated thoroughly through the relevant customer service personnel,the user needs and existing power customer service system,with reference to the design of other online power customer service system,the design and construction of service platform of power company SOA based on customer.The design and development of this system by way of information collection system needs,understand the advantages and disadvantages of the existing electric power company customer service system,upgrading the structure of J2 EE B/S technology based on SOA architecture.The system uses the industry SOA architecture to achieve.In order to perfect the original system and business requirements compatible,and on the basis of technological upgrading,The overall framework of the system,including key technologies: 1)the whole system using SOA architecture;2)architecture is implemented by J2EE;3)Web layer is implemented by Struts;4)OA Enterprise SOA Platform layer uses JBOSS as the basis for realization of loosely coupled architecture makes the enterprise the subsequent business transformation cost is greatly reduced by 5);UML the description of the overall design.At the same time,considering the high load and high availability of the system,the system design will take full account of the high availability and reliability of the system,and improve the dynamic performance of the system.Finally,the system is designed and tested to ensure the normal and efficient operation of the system.After the application,the customer service quality of the enterprise is greatly improved,and the customer service management tends to be information-based.
