Modern logistics is the core part of modern logistics and supply chain.As the connecting point of sea transportation and land transportation,port,which is the place of loading and unloading,plays an important role in the modern logistics industry.Container transportation plays an important role in port operation.China's container transport market is not standardized,the mechanism is not perfect.These factors affect the development of China's container transport industry.Only by constructing a perfect port container transportation system,using modern information technology to assist production,can effectively reduce operating costs and stand out in a competitive market environment.Combined with many years of experience in the customer service of marine container transport,the author study the C container transport customer service management information system.The author research the business situation and function module of C company container transportation customer service management information system to design and implement the sisystem.Specifically,the role of business system is divided into three main sections,customer service,clerk and shipping department staff.The research on C company container transportation customer service management information system mainly involves the java development technology,SQL Server 2005 database development technology.In the demand analysis,the paper uses UML object oriented analysis method to analyze the business function of C company container transportation customer service management information system.And then,the author further refine the business case into system use cases and change the business model into system model by using object oriented analysis tool,such as activity diagrams and sequence diagrams.Besides,the author also analyzed the design of some database tables.System core functions are realized.Finally,the paper come to the summary and scope.
