Research On Project Risk Management Of H-station In Beijing Unicom

Base station project from the early design,medium-term construction and post-management process involved in the whole site selection,technology,management,management and policy,and many other aspects,is a multi-faceted systematic project,subject to a variety of factors of interference and these factors The formation of a risk directly leads to the eventual success of the project.In order to achieve the expected results,the project management must be added to the effective identification of risk,risk analysis and risk management and other series of risk management,risk prevention and control,the establishment of an effective risk prevention and control mechanism.This paper is based on Beijing Unicom H base station,for example,around the base station risk management carried out research.This paper first selects the method suitable for the risk management of the base station from the literature,and then identifies the risk factors that affect the main political,technical and management of the base station and the secondary location,financial and other influential risk factors.The source and the harm were classified and analyzed,and finally put forward the measures to deal with the risk.In the course of building the base station,it is found that the lack of project risk control will result in the inefficiency of the final project or the damage to the operating profit.Therefore,in combination with the work encountered in the work of the company,Possible problems,applied the theory to practice,explored the risk management of the base station project,and provided some reference for the future development of the base station project and other similar project projects.
