Research On Quality Management Of Guanyuan Mobile Base Station Supporting Transmission Project

In order to improve the customer satisfaction of mobile companies and keep up with the pace of market development,Guangyuan mobile implements the national "broadband China" development strategy,promotes information consumption and benefits the people,accelerates the significant progress of Guangyuan smart city and all optical network city construction,ensures the network advantages of China Mobile,meets the first batch of base station supporting transmission and access needs of Guangyuan 4G phase IV,and starts Sichuan Mobile The first batch of base station supporting transmission project of Guangyuan phase IV in 2017.Project task is heavy,time is tight,project quality is particularly critical.Based on the theory and method of total quality management and three-stage quality control,this paper puts forward the idea and method of quality management for the first batch of base station supporting transmission project in Guangyuan phase IV.First of all,this paper analyzes the quality management status of the supporting transmission project of Guangyuan mobile base station,focusing on the status of project quality management and the reasons,frequency and importance of influencing project quality management.According to the influencing factors of project quality,from the analysis of influencing factors of project quality management and their occurrence frequency,it can be seen that in the early stage of the project,the influencing factors of project quality management mainly include the procurement management of materials,more influencing factors of transportation and storage on project quality management,in addition,the project personnel,environment and methods have certain influence on the quality management of the whole process of the project.Secondly,the quality management plan and quality assurance of Guangyuan mobile base station project are proposed.According to the quality objectives that the project needs to achieve,determine the quality plan of the project,and according to the factors that affect the quality management of the project analyzed in Chapter 3,make targeted assurance measures for the quality management of the project.The project quality assurance system shall be fully guaranteed from personnel,machinery,materials,environment,methods and other aspects.Then,this paper analyzes the quality control measures and effects of Guangyuan mobile base station project.According to the theoretical basis and thinking of three-stage quality control,the project quality control shall be carried out for the project planning stage,construction process stage and post construction stage.And to better implement the quality control of the project,do a good job in the implementation of project quality management guarantee.At present,2019 is known as the "first year of 5g business",and 5g technology is accelerating its promotion and implementation in various fields.The quality of 5g project will face greater challenges in the future.The quality management of 4G mobile base station supporting transmission project in this paper will provide reference for Guangyuan mobile to establish 5g project and do well in project quality management.
