The fifth generation mobile communication network(5G)is a new generation of mobile communication system developed for the demand of mobile communication after 2020.5G will have ultra-high spectrum utilization and energy efficiency,and improve the transmission rate and resource utilization by one order of magnitude or more than 4G mobile communication.and its wireless signal coverage performance,transmission delay,system security and user experience will also be significantly improved.5G mobile communication will be closely combined with other wireless mobile communication technologies to form a new generation of ubiquitous mobile information network to meet the needs of mobile Internet high-speed,low-delay,ultra-multiple access applications in the next 10 years?The future 5G system will also have sufficient flexibility,with network self-perception,self-adjustment and other intelligent capabilities to cope with the future mobile information society difficult to predict the rapid changes.At present,domestic and foreign related technical theory research on 5G,covering the basic theory.network standard,operation technology,terminal equipment,industrial application and other aspects of the content,the theoretical system of 5G has been improved,equipment technology is basically mature,but there are few practical project cases of large-scale network base station construction.China Iron Tower Co.,Ltd.(China Iron Tower)is a large-scale communications infrastructure integrated service enterprise established with the approval of the State Council and approved by SASAC,mainly engaged in the construction,maintenance and operation of base station supporting facilities and indoor distribution system such as communication tower.In 2019,as the year of China's 5G trial commercial,China's iron tower must seize the opportunity to establish and improve the 5G communication base station construction project risk management system,paving the way for the upcoming 5G era.Combining with the three major carrier 5G commercial base station construction projects undertaken by Weifang Iron Tower in 2019,the research work runs through the whole process of the actual project,and then consummates the risk management system of the current 5G network construction?and accumulates all-round risk management experience for the later large-scale 5G network construction and maintenance,avoids or reduces the adverse impact of all kinds of risks?and reduces the delay of construction period and the quality of construction,etc.This paper summarizes the experience of optimizing the previous 4G construction?and carries out risk identification,analysis and response to the new characteristics of 5G,and builds a perfect risk management system for the construction of 5G communication base stations.At the same time,through this research,improve the company's project management,especially the level of project risk management,the daily work of the experience summary to the theoretical system height,the company's late development has an important significance.
