According to the survey,38% of people around the world have sleep disorders.The insomnia and sleep apnea are the most in the sleep disorders.The sleep apnea syndrome which can lead to sleep apnea repeatedly,causes multiple organ and multi-system damage,the body hypoxia-induced hypertension,coronary heart disease and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.As an effective mean of monitoring sleep apnea syndrome,the cost of polysomnography is too expensive.And polysomnography requires patients to wear a variety of sensors a long time in the hospital,seriously affects their sleep quality and causes the monitoring results not ideal.In order to achieving good sleep monitoring and reducing costs,more and more methods and techniques began to apply to the design of sleep monitoring equipment.In this study,we designed the sensors to obtain the essential physiological parameters for the disease diagnosis by analyzing the pathogenesis of sleep apnea syndrome and the common method of diagnosing the disease and using PVDF piezoelectric film materials: pulse,respiration and snoring.A piezoelectric film sensor with triangular cantilever structure for collecting pulse and snoring was developed by means of calculation and analysis of material properties and structural characteristics,and finite element simulation.The signal processing circuit of the sensor is designed with the pillow structure of the memory cotton material as the carrier,and the signal processing circuit of the sensor is designed.The circuit of the function of charge amplification,voltage amplification,signal filtering,voltage lifting and data selection is realized.Analog-to-digital conversion through the MSP430F149 the physiological signals were transmitted by Bluetooth 4.0.Based on the Lab VIEW platform,the pulse breathing program and the sleep state recording program were designed and realized.The pulse,respiratory display,pulse rate,respiratory rate calculation and pulse,respiratory abnormalities display were realized.At the same time,snoring detection,snoring duration record and snoring display were realized either.The system meets the requirements for sleep monitoring and sleep apnea syndrome judgment.The program also has the corresponding alarm function.The purpose of this study is to prevent sleep disorders,reduce the time and medical expenses of patients with sleep disorders,reduce the burden of medical staff,so that patients can more easily grasp their own situation,and actively cooperate with the treatment.At the same time,this study is an important innovation in the field of sleep monitoring and piezoelectric wearable medical instruments.
