Sleep is a basic needs of human beings, especially in the fast pace of society life, itbecome more and more important. Good quality of sleep can help people refreshthemselves, obtain plenty of energy and keep good state of health. Therefore, trackingsleep health and monitoring body physiological signals real-time during human sleepperiod are particularly important for people. My research of portable sleep real-timemonitoring system can not only detect people’s quality of sleep and promote people’ssleeping healthy, but also can alarm the abnormalities condition of breathing andheartbeat, prevent sleep dangerous, discover people’s health problems during sleep.On the platform of AT89S52, I realize the monitoring function of human bodysleep physiology signal. And this paper introduce the overall framework of monitoringsystem, the sensor based on PVDF material, front-end filtering circuit, the basichardware framework of microcontroller. Describes the statistical fluctuations ofbreathing heartbeat, related algorithms of breathing abnormal alarm settings, and verifythe experimental results.Upgrade the AT89S52-based MCU system platform to DSP high-performanceplatform. Introduce the hardware platform upgrade advantages and the hardwarestructure of DM6437development board. In the part of software, I introduce the fixedIIR filter, respiratory rate calculation, heart rate calculation and the bluetooth datatransmission algorithm in detail, through the actual experiment verification, DSPplatform can meet the physical requirements of signal detection, we can use it normally.Improving the signal processing algorithm, I use a new algorithm which is calledwavelet transform to process mixed signal. The wavelet has the characteristics ofmulti-resolution analysis, it can extract accurate mixed signal separation. This researchuses mallat to process mixed signal, first of all select the appropriate wavelet basis, usematlab to get filter parameters, and the decompose the signal, finally analysis of signalcomponent amplitude frequency characteristics, thus draws the correct breathingheartbeat parameters and quality of sleep. Through those ways, we can realize thehuman body sleeping physiological signal monitoring.This research of the portable sleep signal monitoring system has a simple operation,inexpensive, user-friendly. About the system, there is a certain practical significance forfamilies.
