Survey Of Wechat Public Account Of "985" Project University Library Based On Crawler And Text Mining

WeChat is a kind of mobile phone chat software launched by Tencent.It has experienced five years of development from 2011 when iPhone beta version was launched.Now,it has grown into the platform between people,between people and services,between people and business from the initial social communication tool.Based on WeChat user data report of the first quarter of 2016,there were 650 million monthly active users;more than 90%users use it every day,and 50%of the users use it more than 1 hour every day.Therefore,WeChat has become the main platform for student exchange,access to information.In addition,Public account is a major means of service,and more than 10 million public accounts have been opened,which daily submit over 700,000 pieces of mass information.In recent years,in order to better serve the students,opening WeChat public account platform has become a trend for universities and colleges,and some results have been achieved.However,there have been some significant problems in practice,such as WeChat dividend expiration,and decreasing reading quantity and user stickiness.Therefore,by combining crawler and of text mining,related data were collected and analyzed,so that it could provide help for the development of the WeChat public accounts of university library.39 domestic 985 project universities were selected as the object of investigation.The service status quo of WeChat public accounts of 985 project university library at present stage was analyzed.With statistical analysis and text mining as the research methods,typical cases were selected for thorough comparison and analysis.The the achievements and problems of WeChat public accounts service of 985 project university library were explored.The targeted improvement countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to help the construction development of China's university library WeChat public account.In the paper,the survey of 985 project university library WeChat public account was conducted from the seven aspects:Part one is introduction,and it mainly elaborates the research background,research significance,research overview,research methods,research and innovation points.Part two is the general analysis of related concepts,mainly expounds the concepts of WeChat public account,web crawler and text mining,it lays foundation for the survey.Part three is about the design of the concrete research process,involves many aspects,such as data source,data collection process,data processing and data analysis,and makes detailed records of the establishment process of data acquisition system based on Python crawler and implementation process of data collection.Part four is about the statistics and analysis of WeChat public accounts of 985 project university library from macroscopic and microscopic aspect.From macroscopic aspect,the characteristics and laws of WeChat public account tweets of985 project university library in terms of release date,time and WCI index were revealed.From the microscopic aspect,the libraries of four representative universities(Sichuan University,Xiamen University,Shandong University and Hunan University)were selected for in-depth analysis to explore the reference value.Part five is the analysis of text mining of 985 project university library WeChat public account.on the basis of illustrating the main process of text mining,word frequency statistics,and semantic network technology were applied to analyze text mining of the text data of 5778 pushed and collected articles.Part six involves the existing problems and development proposals.Based on the above statistical analysis and text mining analysis of 985 project university library WeChat public account,the current main problems were summed up,and some targeted suggestions of improving service level of 985 project university library WeChat public account in the new period were proposed.Part seven is the summary and outlook.Based on the comprehensive research and analysis of the first six chapters,the research about 985 project university library WeChat public account was summarized,and indicated the direction for the development of China's university library WeChat public account.
