Service Model Building Of Personalized Recommended Reading Of Public Mobile Library

After the 18 th CPC National Congress,avocations of nationwide reading have been written into Government Work Report of the State Council for continuous three years.Basic policy ideas become gradually clear,and nationwide reading has been listed as national strategy.Public library,which is managed,funded,supported by national central or local government and give free service to the public,should respond to national call,and use the library functions to create convenient reading conditions,abundant reading content and favorable reading environment.April 19,2017,executive meetings of the State Council passed the People's Republic of China Public Library Law(Draft).The meeting pointed out that the development of public libraries is an important part of improving the public cultural service system.It can promote the realization of the goal of nationwide reading,and improve the scientific and cultural quality of the whole society,and inherit Chinese traditional culture and other outstanding achievements of human civilization.With the development of internet technology,intelligent mobile terminals and mobile communication technology,and the influence of public fragmented reading habits,mobile libraries are playing an increasingly important role.At the same time,with the increase of information overload and the increase of user demand,the mobile library has begun to pay more attention to the individual needs of users,in order to increase the user's viscosity and ease the loss of users.Under this background,the public mobile library start to carry out personalized recommendation service,which could meet the user's increasingly changeable information needs,improve the utilization efficiency of information resources,enhance the service quality of library,promote the realization of the nationwide reading goal.The research object of this paper is the service model of personalized recommendation reading in public mobile library.First,introduce the relevant theoretical basis including the connotation and service function of mobile library,definition of the concept of public mobile library,the characteristics and necessity of library personalized service,the connotation and characteristics of library recommended reading service and the concept of personalized recommended reading of mobile library.Second,investigate and analyze the present situation of the provincial public mobile library service in China to find the personalized defects in current recommended reading service.Besides,a questionnaire survey was carried out for customer expectation and demand.Conclude the factors that should be taken into consideration for readers in the model based on the survey data and survey results.Third,build the service model of personalized recommended reading of public mobile library.Describe the design principles and objectives of the model and analyze it from three aspects including components,layers and modes.Finally,use Liaoning Province mobile library as a case to do case analysis.Find defects in mobile service especially in recommended reading service,and put forward the corresponding development strategy according to the service model of personalized recommended reading of public mobile library.Mobile information service and personalized service is the future development direction of Library Service.This paper builds the service model of personalized recommended reading of public mobile library according to the actual needs of users.Promote the development of public mobile library towards personalized and intelligent and push forward the development of commended reading service of public mobile library in China in some degree.
