Intelligent transportation system(ITS)can take advantage of advanced technology to ease the contradiction between pedestrians,roads and vehicles in the process of transportation,which provides a good traffic environment for the city and therefore promotes the development of urban economy.This thesis designs and realizes the traffic image processing sharing service platform for intelligent traffic management in Tianjin.This thesis focuses on the design and development of some subsystems,which mainly involves secondary identification subsystem,traffic analysis subsystem,traffic event analysis subsystem,data sharing subsystem,and data statistics subsystem.The main contribution can be summarized as the following.? Platform Requirements Analysis.Requirement analysis is the premise of software design.This thesis identifies the platform's construction goals according to the traffic situation in Tianjin,and divides the platform into several specific functional modules.By means of UML case diagram,the function requirement of some subsystems is analyzed,and the functions that each subsystem must be satisfied are summarized.Also,the non-functional requirements of the platform that must be satisfied are analyzed and determined.? Platform Design.The platform is designed based on requirements analysis.First of all,the overall architecture of the platform is designed,in which the SOA method is used for the integration of platform system.On this basis,the SSO scheme is designed.Secondly,the WEBGIS subsystem is analyzed and integrated into the platform,which display a basic system to implement the map display.Finally,the logical architecture,function modules,related services and relational database of subsystems such as secondary identification system and traffic analysis system are designed respectively.? Platform Implementation.The system is implemented on the basis of platform requirement analysis and platform design.First,the platform is implemented to access the relational database and HBasedatabase.Secondly,the business functions of subsystems such as secondary identification system and traffic analysis system are further implemented.Finally,the problems that are encountered in the implementation of each subsystem are analyzed and solved.
