The Internet plays a more and more important role in people’s daily life, the China broadband construction to realize leaping development in 2013. Ministry officially launched " Broadband Chinese special action in 2013. " Subsequently, the State Council issued "" Broadband China ’strategy and implementation plan. " Proposed broadband network has become a strategic public infrastructure in the new period of economic and social development. Faced with the implementation of a broadband strategy in China, making the communications industry needs to enhance the perception of Internet users urgently, to optimize overall network with tools, to improve their competitiveness. Intelligent traffic control is an effective tool and means to manage Internet traffic in recent years. Controlling a flow of Internet is a control means. It is an effective means to take the relevant technical analysis based on the results of flow. On P2P, illegal VOIP, abnormal traffic (DDoS/DoS, worms, etc.), control of poor information. And as a means to improve the ability to run the Internet, to enhance the perception of Internet users, enhancing the competitiveness of its broadband operations. This existing network infrastructure of CMNET, through the analysis of the current flow control applications and business processes, combined with operation and maintenance of ideas, design and implementation of an intelligent traffic control system for the communications industry.First, this paper discusses the project background and intelligent traffic control system faced problems, describes the status of the network of Shandong CMNET. On the basis of analysis of the deployment system and briefly describes the system, and analyzes the system to achieve the development of ideas. Further discussion of the non-functional requirements and functional requirements of the system, the functions described in detail in the form of flow charts and chart, draw system requirements and design guidelines for this project.In demand analysis, based on the discussion of intelligent traffic control system architecture design. First proposed objectives and principles of system design based on the system requirements of the foregoing, and then divided into physical architecture architecture design and logical framework were discussed. In the physical architecture discussion, analysis of the platform CMNET network status and flow control systems deployment architecture; then the logical framework analysis, discussed the external interface, logic processing layer and application layer system, and the function of each layer was discussed. Finally, functional processes of a system.Secondly, the detailed design of intelligent traffic control system. According demand analysis presented in several modules to design the system, and where the design of the two modules is described in detail. In the system modeling, a brief introduction of intelligent traffic control system, analyzed several acquisition and control of the flow pattern, and gives recommendations acquisition control mode selection. In the detailed design, the use of architecture diagrams and use case diagrams for design analysis, focusing on user behavior analysis module and network management function modules description.Again, on the basis of the detailed design, the realization of module was described, the renderings was given. Then focus on the traffic analysis, user behavior analysis, filtering and flow control access to network management functions to achieve a detailed analysis. In a detailed analysis of the system stress testing process are discussed in detail.Finally, on the application of intelligent traffic control system is briefly introduced, and the implementation of the system was summarized, presented to the intelligent traffic control system outlook and suggestions for improvement.In summary, based on the analysis of our business needs and the flow control management based on the design and implementation of intelligent traffic control system for the communications industry.
