Design And Implementation Of A Smart Traffic Flow Information Release System Based On WebGIS

In recent years, with the gradual increase in the level of information technology, people's life, work, communication has also undergone a major transformation. Traffic congestion, road congestion and other phenomenon brings unfavorable influence to people's travel, but also hindered the economic level, the emergence of intelligent transportation for the transport sector has injected new vitality. For this reason, every large and medium-sized city traffic department has developed various traffic information system to handle different types of work and problems, such as traffic flow system, floating car data collection system, intelligent public traffic system, and intelligent transportation systems, etc.This topic mainly for traffic management departments, to traffic management personnel to provide an advanced, convenient, visual traffic flow release system, improve the real-time traffic information released, so that pedestrians and vehicles on the road to timely understanding of road conditions, ahead of the shunt, e ase the traffic pressure. The author analyzes the present situation of domestic and foreign development of intelligent transportation systems(ITS) and at t he same time, summarizes the defects of the current intelligent transportation in the linkage of application functions. On the basis of fully understand the needs of customers, to demand are analyzed in detail, expounds the concept of Web GIS characteristics and advantage, puts forward the structure of the intelligent traffic flow guidance system based on Web GIS, a general framework of system, and has carried on the system analysis, design and implementation. The author uses the B/S architecture to design the system, combined the technology of Web GIS, Flex and JAVA technology, with the powerful Oracle database as the storage, design and develop a set of customers' needs, scientific, efficient and convenient operation, strong visual intelligent traffic flow guidance system. The system not only can display area on the map the road congestion in real-time manner, remotely dispatch and control the contents displayed on the screen along the road sides, but also can automatically generate induced traffic information based on the road traffic congestion situation, for displaying on the induction screen display, making the vehicles and pedestrians know the road traffic situation in a timely manner.After the completion of the development of the system, using a large number of test data and on-site real and effective data for the system to test the system, combined with multi-angle test mode, a variety of testing methods, professional testing tools, system stability, reliability, viable and accuracy were tested. The system is currently in the experimental stage, the basic realization of the intended function, in line with expectations, for traffic congestion, road congestion and other issues played an effective role in improving, so the level of control the transport network, the reaction rate increased significantly, in practicality, easy with other aspects of the effect is significant.
