It is predicted that the print media will be disappear in the new media environment,the newspaper of Happy old man appeared.In three years,the amount of newspaper circulation exceeded one million copies.In this paper,the newspaper of Happy old man is the research object,I will use the content analysis method mainly to analyze the content of the newspaper production mechanism,trying to explore the reason of rise of the newspaper of Happy old man in the new media environment,provideing a breakthrough path for development of Chinese old newspaper under the new situation.Through the research,the author found that the newspaper of Happy old man's reports showing four characteristics in the new media environment: First,Reporters write news less.A lot of people provide message;Second,there are a little bit of news,and much of the content is not news;Third,the reporte of non muckraking investigate and the report of way of life occupied a dominant position.Fourth,the discourse style is based web.Reporters strive to provide services for the elderly.So we explored the content production mechanism behind the newspaper: First,reporters using the news production mode.On the one hand,reporter allows users to participate in the production of content.On the other hand,reporters use social media to help content production.Second,the newspaper office turns the news paper into a non news paper.There are lots of literature and arts,viewpoints and guidances on the newapaper.Third,newspaper office is tried to provided non muckraking investigative report,in-depth report and life service reports.Fourth,Newspaper officeapplied the network information experience mode to the report text,making content delivery interactive and immersive,discourse cohesion tltle guidive.Newspaper office's content of the newspaper production mechanism provided lots of enlightenments for the development of Chinese old newspaper and Chinese journalism education: First,We should use the Internet thinking to carry out the production of open content.We must adopt the user thinking to ensure the fine localization of user the open content production.Second,we need to relocate the function of the newspaper,produce explanatory and investigative news products,and pay attention to the production of valuable information;Last but not lest,the news media should establish the idea of serving users,and we should try to provide the best experience of reporting information for user.
