Design And Implementation Of HT Company Personnel Management System

Along with the computer technology,network technology and the continuous development of information technology,these technologies are increasingly improve the modern people's ideas.Network office automation system is the rapid development of computer technology and network is used to solve the problem of office a typical examples,the development is the main purpose of this system in order to realize the information interaction and sharing resources,to provide convenience,improve the work efficiency of office work,thus avoiding let the people from the tedious paper office in repeat the same work.But along with our country enterprise of enterprise scale,personnel structure,development mode,management idea changed proud hinterland,it puts forward new requirements for personnel management system,a lot of early development of the personnel management system in the system architecture,technical architecture,functional division,and many other aspects has not fully meet the needs of modern enterprise management of the personnel management needs.Based on the above consideration in this paper,design a suitable for HT this kind of company's personnel management system.System based on JSP technology to MyEclipse 9.0 software development tools,select SQL Server 2005 as the system database and select Tomcat as the Server support,adopts B/S structure mode,HT company personnel management system to achieve the attendance management,salary management,system management and staff recruitment and training function,make HT company personnel management to achieve the systematic information management,improve the efficiency of the management of human resources department,can provide better service for HT company.
