Jinzhong College Student Apartment Management Information Systems Design And Implementation

With the expansion of enrollment, students'accommodation needs are increasing so college student dormitory appears to be in great shortage, the traditional management pattern cannot satisfy the apartment management requirements. It is a key topic in current student dormitory management to solve the problems and make a better use of the student dormitory more efficiently and reasonably. This essay applies the author's logistics management experience and the computer technology to try to solve the problems arisen from Jinzhong University students'dormitory management issues.Based on the current situation of student dormitory management and the dormitory management application software, the author put forward the idea that a software of perfect function, reasonable structure and practicability and easy maintainability on the principle of software engineering analysis method can be designed. The system structure is of the Client/Server mode, the concept is of software engineering, adopting advanced development tools; Windows 2003 being its operation platform, Delphi as its program development language and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 as the database platform, the software is advanced and prospective in this field. Through the development process of needs analysis, general design and detailed design, the software now has five main functional modules, which are respectively the system management module, the dormitory resource integration module, the student accommodation management module, the auxiliary management module and the statement inquiry module. The Five module focuses on the dormitory resource integration and the management of student accommodation. The Resource integration module implements the centralized and unified dormitory resources management. The student accommodation management is mainly consisted of sub-modules like student registration, relocation of student dormitory, irregular student move and graduates check-out. Thus the routine management of student dormitory is established.The practical application shows that the software is capable of solving the routine problems arising from the conventional student dormitory management process and it regulates the dormitory and beds resource management more reasonable. The overall efficiency of the student dormitory management has been improved, therefore the software proves to be of practical value and reference value of the software.
