Therefore, the difficulty of student apartment management is more and more big, the need to establish a set of IT systems for systematic management of student apartment. According to the project demand, due to the users of the system range is wide, the user login system, optional the gender is strong, therefore system architecture using B/S structure mode, system development using a mature J2 EE technology.In this thesis, starting from the actual needs of student apartments management for construction, mainly to solve the problem of the following business: 1. The automatic statistics, at present a lot of student apartment management is relatively backward, or managed by thesis roll, bring inconvenience for students apartment information statistics; 2. Improve the logistics service satisfaction, to students and logistics through integrated management system, students can pay for the electricity and water through the system, Internet fee, etc., don’t have to line up pay cost; 3. The student apartments rationalization of resource distribution, housing can be according to the campus, building, floor, room, bed, fee standards, etc. Students, after be being entered information and apartments to establish corresponding relationship. Demand research stage: during the requirements phase I is mainly responsible for the demand for logistics department and dormitory management interviews, division of function modules according to their feedback, organize functional requirements outline. In formulating the outline of the functional requirements, the author is responsible for writing the student apartment management system requirements specification.
