The Design And Implementation Of Office Automation System In A Company

Currently, with the rapid development and perfection of computer science and technology, enterprise information application gradually becomes profound, and the concept of office automation changes from ‘file management’ to ‘knowledge management’, ‘cooperative office’ and ‘task cooperation’. To establish a rapid and effective cooperative management platform and automatic system for office, an efficient cooperative office system is badly needed. However, for now, concept of information management system adopted by China Mobile is outdated. It is just used for internal communication and document dispatch, without unified framework technology and data standard of office automation system. Due to uneven levels among different departments, information sharing and file interaction are unachievable in the true sense with the result of the existence of information isolated island in the area of information. It is impossible for the upper and lower collaborative sharing as well as efficient office. With the rapid development and perfection of computer science and technology, the daily information management system can be effectively integrated into the characteristic of cooperation and intelligence.The thesis mainly analyzes the present situation of cooperative office system at home and abroad, dissects and summarizes needs and existing problems of the office system adopted by China Mobile, puts forward its main problems that is needed to be solved and the function based on the new requirements needed to be realized. It analyzes the needs of this system thoroughly, elaborates functional and non-functional requirements needed and introduces the optimization of business processes. Firstly, this thesis studies the system structure and organization of China Mobile’s office automatic cooperative system, explains structural design, data flow design and database design of every main functional module. Then, it represents the main functional modules’ relationship, interface between software and hardware as well as methods of design, projects system operating environment and network environment in detail. Thirdly, a series of tests and implements is designed and its results and system evaluation is explained carefully. This system has a good effect and guiding significance to some extent on the construction of enterprise information.
