It strengthens cooperation, business processing speed and improving the efficiency. The information resources integrates processing. The data for all application systems achieves docking. The unified user management and identity authentication security measures can ensure the system operation in normal.In this paper, the design and implementation of the process, first of all, it is the collaborative office system research background, significance. The domestic and foreign research of the system analyzes in detail. The basis of cooperative office system is proposed. In the analysis and design of the office system, first of all, the goal of the system is explained. The goal of the system is to achieve a comprehensive, good performance office system. It analyzes the economic, technical and operational feasibility of the system.The architecture of the system is J2 EE, the database is My SQL. They ensures the advanced nature of the system technology. The management tools of the data resources and workflow tools of the system are described.
