Design And Implementation Of Military Travel Expenses Monetization Payment Management System

The Military travel expenses monetization payment management system is mainly for the following purposes: to adapt to the diversified payment methods in current information times,to change the traditional invoice-based reimbursement method,to plug the financial settlement loopholes,to simplify the tedious and heavy-workload travel expenses audit process,to push the travel expense settlement to be reasonable,standardized and systematic.This system is suitable for all organizations in all military branches.Firstly this thesis describes the development background,the meaning and the current domestic and abroad research condition of travel expenses monetization payment management system.Then it briefly introduces the basic knowledge and the tools for developing the system;And through the activity diagram,sequence diagram,use case diagram analysis of the demand for the system;Studied the system program and database design plan;after once more analysis of the demand for the system followed by the description of the system each function module design.It finally elaborated the system module function test validation process for the system after the respectively detailed discussion of eight models namely “organization maintenance,user management,travel standard,intelligent computing itinerary,travel application,travel expenses loans,travel expenses settlement,travel expenses analysis” from the aspects of system overview and main function in the system detailed design period.In consideration of the procedure of travel expenses financial settlement and the policy requirements,by taking advantage of the idea and method of software engineering,this article investigates,researches and analyzes the user demand.In addition,according to the confidential requirements and the system development requirements,this article chooses Delphi as the development tool and SQL Server 2000 as the database management system,designs the friendly and humanizing interfaces for use,provides all the functions demanded by users,realizes the design of management system of travel expenses monetized payment,and achieves the purpose of standardized and systematical management of travel expenses.After taking the test,it is proved that the system meets the financial settlement requirements for all military branches and helps to manage the military official travel expenses in a effective and scientific way.
