However,the traditional way of travel management is criticized by many SMEs for its inefficiency,high cost and complicated reimbursement process.At present,most of the business processes of some travel management companies in the domestic and foreign markets are based on the needs of large enterprises to provide services,for each small and medium-sized enterprise,obviously can not solve the cumbersome problems of travel booking and management.According to the data analysis of a voice reservation service company in recent years,most of the users of the company are business travel users,but the number of users of the company in recent years due to the popularity and diversity of mobile phone networks,applications is becoming less and less.To sum up,this paper starts from the actual needs of most small and medium-sized enterprises,and combines the current business situation of a company,summarizes the business functions of the whole travel booking and management system,analyzes the various links of the travel activities of employees of many small and medium-sized enterprises,and combs the business processes of various functions by means of workflow analysis.A detailed demand analysis report is made for the development of SME travel scheduling and management system.Then,the paper has carried on the detailed carding,the design and the conception to our country small and medium-sized enterprise staff travel business process.This travel management system is developed on the basis of B/S architecture.According to the service characteristics of products,Using vue,vue-router,axios,vuex as the front-end framework of the mobile terminal,bootstrap and jQuery as the front-end framework of the background management system,Spring MVC and Mysql as the backend development framework,database using Mysql,respectively,to achieve the performance layer,business logic layer,data layer and other systems.
