Fujian Provincial Bureau Of Quality Supervision Financial Centralized Management System Design And Realization

Most traditional finance softwares are non-complete functional, they are single-computer operated and not yet involving all finance management work so that unable to share information of the finance data sources and disconnected between finance account and management. Therefore, it is very actual value to develop more improved finance softwares which combines finance centralized control with level responsibility system to realize profession, finance and management integration.This thesis describes the design and implementation of finance centralized management software system of Fujian provincial bureau of quality and technical supervision. The system adopts the three-tier B/S structure which is based on J2EE Framework, with technology of JAVA language and workflow, using the powerful JUP as the developing platform. The system supports TCP/IP fundamental net system and these operating platforms such as IBM/AIX, HP-UX, SUN Solaris, Linux and Microsoft Windows. Databases of Oracle, IBM DB2, Sybase ASE and MS SQL Server are adapted in this system. Middle application server supports mainstream products like BEA Weblogic,IBM WebSphere,TOMCAT,JBoss,etc.This finance management software system, which utilizes"one flatform,two parts"as architecture ,builds a operational platform based on the original version consists of four information windows and eight functional management subsystems. The system sets up two centralized function subsystems of financial indexes management and comprehensive inquiry. The system takes full advantage of net technology to make the finance index data sources net-sharing, classifying, summarizing and exactly inquiring. The software can help the finance administrators to monitor finance indexes by providing the full financial alert system and help higher level bureau to real-time control and do statistic analysis of its lower level bureau's finance datas.It also can provides assistant decision-making for every level leaders with financial progress reports on indexes implementation by way of a variety of modeled and graphical data analysis.
