New media is developing in a rapid momentum since network coverage is expanding infinitely and network applications are gradually popularizing.Therefore,technological innovation has injected fresh blood into the development of the times.With the increase of information platforms and the rapid growth of self-media,and relying on strong network interaction,fast feedback and other characteristics,information exchange of Internet users,strengthened communication and rapid information communication help the media accumulate and master a certain coverage material.However,ordinary masses have not received professional training,so they generally cannot grasp the facts comprehensively,understand the event accurately,grasp the balance of the report or take the news as conjecture when they convey information,which triggered a flood of false information,News chaos,comments mess,making audiences really hard to distinguish,or even panic.In the face of the rapid growth of Internet users,the growing new media,"news professional" remodeling becomes more and more difficult."News professional discourse right" and the discourse right we often say have something in common,but also has its particularity.Through the use of case analysis and literature research,combined with the actual situation of the study,and combing the existing literature,we define the concept and analyze its status quo,changes and dilemma,highlight the social,media,media practitioners and other multi-level issues,pointing out damages caused by weakened regulation of "news professional discourse right".From the perspective of macro,micro and media ecology,we put forward rationalization proposals,summarize and interpret the management effects of the current stage.
