A Study On The Dimission Discourse Of Traditional Media People And Its Construction Of Power Relation

In recent years,as the traditional media to accelerate the decline,the media industry has shown dramatic structural changes.In face of the media industry change,many traditional media people have chosen to leave the job,the formation of a new media people leave the tide.In the social context of the great changes in the media,the emergence of a series of traditional media people left the discourse.As a unique phenomenon in the process of media change and media turnover,outgoing discourse has had a wide impact in the media industry and society.As a unique discourse resource in the process of media change and media turnover,the resignation discourse participates in the process of reconstructing the power relations in the contemporary media ecology,and also reflects the anxiety and reconstruction of contemporary media identity.On the basis of extensive collection of discourse information about media leave,leave letter and turnover interview,this paper studies the problem of power relations construction in media discourse by means of discourse analysis.This paper begins with the production context of the outgoing discourse,analyzes the social context of the turnover discourse production in the context of change and the professional context,and studies the social reality foundation of the power relations re-construction in the context of the media ecological remodeling.And then qualitative analysis of the outgoing discourse corpus,revealing the characteristics of the dualistic opposing discourse resource structure,and the characteristics of discourse organization with "news ideal" and "new media" as the core;and then analyzing the relationship between the two core discourse The emphasis on "selective ideology" discourse selective interpretation strategy and intertextuality strategy,"new media" discourse emphasizes"resistance" and "reflective" expression strategy.Finally,a comprehensive analysis of the construction of the power relations in the resignation discourse is carried out.First,through the strategic expression of the core discourse,the power relations around the traditional media and the new media are reconstructed.At the same time,the struggle of this power relationship is expressed in the plural discourse To find the balance of power relations in the media ecology;secondly,the identity of the outgoing discourse also presents the construction of the power relations,the media attempt to through the resignation of the discourse of the strategic framework to debug identity and To seek new power relations adjustment;third is through the analysis of nostalgic narrative on the construction of professional community function,and then reveal its role in the construction of power relations.It is found that,in the context of media ecology,the traditional media people's resignation discourse embodies the specific dualistic opposing discourse organizational structure,selective interpretation,intertextuality and other expression strategies,multiple interpretation framework,and nostalgic narrative,Around the traditional media and new media to the power of the relationship between the construction,in order to maintain the news profession and the press within and outside the authoritative,professional dominant position.
