Radar echo data is very important to the development of modern radar.The analysis of echo data is the basis of radar applications.In this paper,combined with the specific rerequirements of the laboratory project requirements.The radar echo acquisition and storage equipment based on FPGA is designed for radar in missile borne,airborne and shipborne.The radar echo data can be collected in real time,anti-jamming and reliable,which can be used to read and analyze the data.On the basis of the analysis,modeling and Simulation of the collected signals,and combined with the specific requirements.The overall scheme is adopted to separate the acquisition unit and the memory unit,which is transmitted by LVDS signal.After the data acquisition unit starts to work,the digital data collected by the AD is converted to the memory unit after the conversion processing,and the storage unit receives and stores the data after receiving the start signal.The storage mode adopts FIFO cache,FLASH memory array and parallel pipelining.ISE14.7 and Cadence16.5 are used to design and implement the software and hardware modules of the system,including AD module,interface conversion,FPGA control,memory module,power module,reading module,PC,etc..The factors that may affect the reliability of the system are analyzed,and the results and ideas are used throughout the system design process.The two factors which affect the reliability of the system are analyzed:1 The index specifies the size of the enclosure of the storage unit,thereby limiting the actual size of the PCB board.The simulation of reflection and crosstalk several key signals in the PCB panel,make the rules on the basis of simulation of layout in accordance with the constraint of the rules after,and conclude that in the current frequency,good signal quality,no obvious distortion;2 The mechanical structure is designedreasonably,and the circuit board is protected by two layers shell and the two shell.Through the above analysis,we can guarantee the stability and reliability of the equipment.Finally,the system is simulated and verified: The design of the radar echo data acquisition and storage devices can record data acquisition is stable and reliable,achieve the technical specifications of the sampling rate of 10 Msps,the accuracy of 14,64 GB of storage capacity,and has the characteristics of separation,collection and storage of anti vibration impact resistance and high reliability.
