Nowadays,a large number of aged men are suffering from movement disorders caused by sudden cerebrovascular diseases such as cerebral apoplexy patients.These groups due to sudden cerebral thrombosis or cerebral vascular rupture,caused the cut off supplying,then resulted to motor dysfunction disease.This is also one of the reasons for the elderly disabled.The incidence of senile cerebrovascular diseases in our country is very high,according to incomplete statistics,the number of hemiplegia due to cerebrovascular disease in our country is as high as 3.9 million to 13 million,each year,the nation spent on it is up to tens of billions of Yuan For the cerebral apoplexy patients,suffering the heavy pressure on psychology,at the same time,the family will be in a huge economic burden,the society will face a severe test.In modern medicine,for movement disorders patients,rehabilitation training with testing and evaluation will be very significant and have positive effect.The reason is that rehabilitation detection can provide basic data such as numbers,graphs,charts,and other,which can be intuitive and accurate showing the patients condition,and providing judgment for health care.Medical institutions could timely detect the rehabilitation development and grasp the auxiliary medical information such as the medical plan execution effect through the wide application of rehabilitation detection,so as to realize from the understanding of patients' basic situation,the reasonable arrangement of training content,objective planning of recover time limit,the process of final definition patients.Thus,detection is of great significance for scientific guidance of rehabilitation training,the increase of recovery effect,the shortening of the recovery time.At the same time,the dynamic monitoring for patients after rehabilitation also has the obvious effects.Arm rehabilitation detection system designed in this paper uses a new examination method in which the upper limb movements of each joint performance is showed in the Angle of an accurate number,which can make the doctors and patients understand the effect of the rehabilitation on more visual and precise level;The test method is simple,using STC12C5A60S2 MCU A/D conversion which is of good efficiency to save testing time.At the same time,the PC software transforms data to patients with easy access to visual images,through the remote data transmission function between patients and doctorsto realizing long-distance doctor-patient communication.
