With the mass movement of the boom,the incidence of all kinds of sports injury is higher and higher,from professional athletes to ordinary people,sports injury,severe cases can be life-threatening,professional and timely rehabilitation treatment is particularly important,but professional therapist insufficient human resources,rehabilitation medical equipment backward factors such as,hindered the rehabilitation therapy of many people.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to design and develop a professional and comprehensive rehabilitation robot that can replace the rehabilitation therapist,and it is also an urgent problem to be solved in the field of rehabilitation medicine.This subject mainly focuses on the design of a multi-functional robot mechanism for the rehabilitation of sports injury with whole-body rehabilitation.The main research contents are as follows:Through the analysis of the causes of sports injury,classification and main damaged parts fully recognize the seriousness of the injury,analysis of general sports injury rehabilitation strategy,study of sports injury,the rehabilitation principle of the rehabilitation treatment of rehabilitation motion is decomposed into joint movement,as the structure of the sports injury rehabilitation robot design basis,integration and put forward the overall design scheme of rehabilitation robot.Based on bionic design concept,to the human body shoulder joint,elbow,hip and knee joint bone structure as the foundation,with joint activities of each joint motion model,human body each size parameters and joint Angle range as reference national standards with human body engineering,the upper limb rehabilitation to sports injury rehabilitation robot system with lower limb rehabilitation system for mechanical structure design.Analysis functions of change to bed body posture,upper limb rehabilitation system and interference problems of lower limb rehabilitation system and switch problem,put forward reasonable solution,determine the drive way,calculated stroke and thrust,finally complete rehabilitation robots' integral structure design,and finally to security intensity of rehabilitation bed body,to ensure the security and stability of rehabilitation robot,by putting stroke simulation,the feasibility of profile switching function is validated.Sports injury rehabilitation robot experiment platform,through the control system and human-computer interaction interface,the structure of sports injury rehabilitation robot strength and test each joint rehabilitation function,mainly for load capacity of the bed body structure and passive training function of each joint for a series of experiments,verified the rationality,feasibility and safety of rehabilitation robot structure,realize the expected goal.
