| It is necessary to record the size and duration of the accurate impact force to measure the relationship of safety with equipment as a result of the vibration and shock during the voyage may cause damage to valuable equipment and medical supplies in the context of emergency relief and airdrop combat.Accelerometer recorder is the professional equipment to record and store empty material or vehicle running time,acceleration,motion state information and so on.Accelerometer recorder is the professional equipment to record and store empty material or vehicle running time,acceleration,motion state information and so on.Firstly,this paper expounds the social needs and application background of the acceleration recorder as well as the reason why the existing product function can’t fit equipment impact measurement demand well.And then,the overall design plan is proposed.(The three-axis acceleration recorder system consists of three parts,MSV3000 acceleration sensor;sampling and storage controller based on STM32 master chip;host computer software developed by C++.)MSV3000 variable capacitance three-axis acceleration sensor,which adopts variable capacitance micro-mechanical structure and direct current power supply mode,has the advantage of high precision,good stability,anti-harsh environment and so on.In this project,the three-axis acceleration information measured by MSV3000 sensor whose corresponding voltage is firstly transmitted to the embedded microprocessor through the coaxial cable.After that,range transformation,noise reduction and sampling of the voltage,which is finally stored in the FLASH of STM32,are accomplished by voltage regulation circuit,the first-order active filter and the 12-bit analog-to-digital.What’s more,the information will be transmitted to the host computer by USB.Command word and data information are interacted in the upper and lower computer through the way interruption.The host computer software,which consists of four functional modules,data erasing,time setting,data receiving and analysis,has the function of data smoothing and integration,picture information preservation,exporting,printing and so on.Among them,(1)the drawing tool TeeChart of C++classlib is applied in image processing to make it more easier and faster.(2)data smoothing can be accomplished through the FIR filter,and its window function type and order are reasonably chosen to achieve the optimal smoothing effect;(3)the data fusion strategy takes advantage of the three-axis acceleration weighted average fusion so as to obtain synchronous vector and peak of the three-axis acceleration.A ground impact test and the experiment in the area of high altitude with ultra-temperature-40~oC are conducted which indicate the feasibility of the designed system. |
