With the emergence of demand of personalized content, a group of grassroots stars arise at the historic moment since the era of blog. And then weibo and WeChat come into being. It is increasingly recognized that we media is decentralized, so the concept of "we media" has been discussed and researched repeatedly. And the most important problem which is present in front of people who operate we media is the operation of we media. In addition, mobile Internet and we media have developed rapidly with the popularity of smart-phones. And WeChat has become a platform-product which has the functions of communication, marketing, sociality, media and tool. We media on WeChat, whose feature is entirely different from the traditional media, is a new modern medium, which is remarkable and compulsive.From the view of macro and micro, six kinds of profit models of we media on the WeChat was summarized in this paper, namely, the model of advertising based on the content, the model of community based on the fans, the model of sponsorship based on multiple platforms, the model of e-commerce based on products, the model of revenue offline based something online and the model of N-times-gain based on derivatives. Finally, the typical case Luo Ji Si Wei and its revelation have been discussed. Because the development of we media on the WeChat is different, operators must choose the suitable operation mode, which is consistent with the feature of themself.
