In recent years,vehicle ownership and the number of vehicle drivers continued to grow with the rapid development of the automotive industry,at the same time,there is a serious problem: environmental pollution of the vehicles interior.Due to the narrow space inside vehicle,good closure,even a small amount of harmful substances is also easy to accumulate into a high concentration.According to the United States Ann Arbor Environmental Group research,the concentration of harmful substances inside vehicle is decorated in the home and office 5-10 times,more harmful than indoor environmental pollution.Environmental pollution of the vehicles interior is mainly divided into two categories by source: the release of the vehicle's own parts and decorative materials,mainly formaldehyde,and the infiltration of outside air,mainly floating dust.Although there are a wide variety of monitoring equipment for these two pollutants in the domestic market,most that are chemical or hand-held devices,cannot monitor by network,store data,and are expensive.Therefore,the integrated application of 4G wireless communication technology,sensor technology,image acquisition technology,Web technology,database is the research trend of vehicle environment data monitoring in the future.Based on this,the thesis designs a vehicle interior environment data monitoring system,and demonstrates the feasibility by producing the PCB and function realization.The system uses 4G technology considering the mobility of environment inside vehicle.The thesis designs the overall scheme of the system including hardware and software,mainly including the main control module,4G wireless communication module,sensor module,image acquisition module and cloud server monitoring center.The thesis studies and compares various methods of detection of formaldehyde and dust.The core modules of each module of the system are determined,and the hardware modules of the system are analyzed.The thesis completes the overall system schematic drawing and PCB drawing by Altium Designer.The thesis uses C language to complete the software design of each module.Data acquisition and data transmission based on 4G are realized.The system sets the threshold alarm function and completes the Chinese SMS PDU code.And when monitoring the concentration of pollutants is too high,the system can send alarms to multiple preset numbers of the owner and the owner's family in the form of SMS short messages,meanwhile,the system can trigger the camera to get image information inside the vehicle.If driver's family members are not in the car,this function can help driver's family members determine whether the driver is smoking,whether alone in the car to rest.The thesis designs the cloud server monitoring center software platform,including TCP control program design,Web server software design,database design,the software design of We Chat Public platform.The thesis uses Tomcat Web server and My SQL database,achieves to receive the information of formaldehyde,dust,temperature,humidity and image by establishing the TCP connection between cloud server and 4G module,and satisfies the query of real-time data,historical data and historical picture information through the Web developed by Java Web project using JSP+Servlet+Javabean.The system designs the data query method based on the We Chat public platform,achieves to verify the validity of the URL of We Chat public platform through the Servlet programming.Users can obtain real-time data in the form of command q&a with a We Chat client.The thesis completes the system hardcore PCB and software debugging,and test the system function.Each module of the system works well and achieves the expected functions.The experimental results demonstrate the system design: data acquisition,data transmission,data reception and database storage,data query method based on Web and We Chat public platform are feasible.
