With the increasing shortage of global energy and increasingly serious environmental pollution,wind power generation,as a clean energy,has developed rapidly.Especially under the support of vigorously developing new energy policy in our country,the construction scales of new energy power generation enterprises expand rapidly,the number of wind power plants which subordinate to the enterprises is also gradually increasing.However,due to the distribution characteristic of wind energy resources,the geographic position of wind power plants is usually remote with the characteristics of hard conditions,complicated operation conditions and poor environment,which brings many difficulties for operation management and repair and maintenance.Meanwhile,substation monitoring system and fan monitoring system of each wind power plant are relatively independent,which makes the company management not know the operation situation of several wind power plants in real time.In order to optimize the operation,reduce labor cost,promote the technology progress of wind power industry and improve operation management of safe production,a highly efficient management mode need to be innovated through advanced technology and information platform.Intensive management mode is new mode,under the premise of “unattended,few people on duty and regional maintenance”,using information technology to realize the unified management on each wind power plant.Datang New Energy Tongliao Company now has put 7 wind power plants into operation,respectively Huolinhe,Jarud,Xingsheng,Tangxing,Xingmu,Taihe and Jaramtai.The installed gross capacity is 650,000 kilowatts,with 9 fan brands,15 types and 442 fans distributed respectively in the Tongliao,Hinggan League and Hulunbuir of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.These wind power plants are located in remote and scattered areas,and each wind power plant has independentintegrated automation system of booster station,fan monitoring system and fan rate prediction system.These systems belong to different manufacturers and operate independently.The company home office cannot simultaneously know the operation situation of several wind power plants,which brings great difficulty to the management and operation of the company.Combining with the experience of regional wind power centralized monitoring system developed by new energy power generation enterprises in recent years,this paper introduces the design of centralized monitoring system and production management information system in Datang New Energy Tongliao Company.Production and management information system takes the centralized monitoring system as the core,makes full use of big data technology and cloud computing technology,fully collects,processes,stores,analyzes and demonstrates the data of booster station and the fan and transforms the data into productivity to make the operation and management of the wind power plant rise from “manual analysis” to“automatic intelligence”.At the same time,derive platform to realize the docking with management interface.Compatibly dock with equipment defect handling process,spare parts purchasing and stock out process,performance management system and office OA system to improve the efficiency of dynamic management and the operation and management of the enterprise.Production management information system can not only make the company home office realize the centralized control,make the wind power plant realize the wind power management mode of unattended,few people on duty and regional maintenance,reduce the operation and maintenance costs of wind power plants,improve work efficiency,but also plays a significant role in increasing the whole operation benefit of the company and promoting the new energy power generation enterprises to the development of large scale,scientification and informationization.
