By various manufacturers, different types of base stations, transmission equipment, environment alarm information collection, collation, regulate and achieve the same network management, to the same platform on the base station equipment alarm monitoring, network operation and maintenance to promote the standardization and refinement of management.In this paper, development of centralized monitoring station alarm system needs, first introduced with the centralized monitoring and development of technical knowledge related to the use of tools. And then the alarm monitoring station to the city’s work are analyzed, pointing out the work in the alarm monitoring shortcomings and put forward the need for centralized monitoring station alarm. Then on duty with monitoring, troubleshooting and operation and maintenance management needs, respectively, from the warning information collection, presentation, trouble ticket distribution, alarm filtering, alarm correlation, data management, system development needs elaboration. Since then elaborated according to the development needs of system design ideas, and were made of each module of the system design requirements.According to this needs analysis and design of needs, the development of the base station alarm central monitoring system to complete the following functions: multi-platform alarms, event handling, fault information of the fast real-time response, send a single SMS, alarm correlation analysis, reporting capabilities, automatic alarm response capabilities, and other system management functions. System uses a JAVA, C++ builder and other development tools and languages.
