With the expansion of state taxation information system, it has become an imperative issue as to how to control the system efficiently, and how to improve the quality of monitoring and control so as to reduce expenses. Centralized control and error prediction is an effective solution. Based on the present system, the author proposes and has carried out categorization and centralized monitoring of information assets by means of the general SNMP protocol. By tracing pre-error abnormalities, error alarm has been set off before errors actually occur. The quality of system monitoring has also been improved through simulate user login.Centralized monitoring of information assets is achieved through this service for SNMP based facilities, and by developing SNMP interface for none-SNMP-based facilities to facilitate administration.Abnormal conditions will definitely start prior to any incidence of errors of the information system. Should the administrator detect such abnormalities before actual incidence and take prompt measures, errors could be avoided. With this system abnormalities prior to errors can be traced, located and reported to the administrator so that incidence of errors would be predicted.Simulated user technology is to operate the system by simulating user's sheet with the use of Http Client package and assess/see whether the operation is successful or not based on the HTML key words sent by the server. With this technology the operation of B/S-based system can be monitored and controlled.
