Investigation And Analysis On The Satisfaction Of Obtaining Information Quality By WeChat Users

It is essential to enhance the security and convenience for users to get information in WeChat's circle of friends and WeChat public platform,the diversity of information content and the quality of WeChat information content.Therefore,it is convenient for users to read high-quality information in short time and enhance the satisfaction of WeChat users.In this paper,the research object is the quality of WeChat's information.The author constructs an index system to evaluate the satisfaction degree of WeChat users and it based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign classic customer satisfaction index model.There are four aspects in this investigation and it consists of the quality of WeChat's information content,the diversity of WeChat's information,the security of information and the accessibility of information.Survey results show that WeChat users are satisfied with the timeliness of access to information and also satisfied with the clarity.However,the satisfaction of practicality is not satisfied at present.Users reflect more and more repeated information in We Chat's information generally.More than 70% users believe that the authenticity of the information most affected the quality of access to information,so WeChat users hope to improve WeChat's information about the screening of false and repeated information.Nowadays WeChat users are more satisfied with the richness of information's format in WeChat,but not satisfied with the diversity of WeChat's information content,.The survey found that users prefer to use We Chat's public platform to obtain information.Most WeChat users are worried about the presence of viruses in WeChat information and WeChat's accounts often be stolen illegally.Moreover,the part in protect the privacy of WeChat's personal satisfaction is low.Nowadays nearly half of the users are not satisfied with the speed of opening the web page of WeChat and there are nearly 40% users not satisfied with the speed of WeChat electronic data download.Most users are satisfied with the rationality of WeChat public catalogue and nearly half of the users are not satisfied with the WeChat search navigation function.In view of the problems raised by WeChat users,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from three angles and it consists of WeChat research and development department,network supervision department and WeChat users.
