Information overload is increasingly becoming a social issue of concern.Under the network society,the information has expanded at an unprecedented speed in the network environment,and the information overload has become a common problem in modern society.Today,social media flourishes in the fertile ground of the Internet and it has the dazzling energy in the future.Social media users often receive endless information at a much higher rate than their cognitive ability to process information.Especially after 2012,WeChat has become an important part of people because of the information it brings and the functions it provides.People enjoy the "information rich" convenience,at the same time,are endured the "information overload" troubled.When users expand their network,WeChat friends circle,WeChat community information overload problem becomes more serious,which may interfere with the user's happy experience,and even feel overwhelmed,resulting in frustration and dissatisfaction.In the long run,these developments are likely to undermine the sustainability of the platform.On the basis of reviewing the theory of technology acceptance and expectation confirmation,this paper constructs the theoretical framework of information overload to affect the willingness of WeChat users to be used based on the stress-strain-result theory framework.The main content of this paper is to analyze the internal mechanism of WeChat user satisfaction and user's willingness to use,and to analyze the relationship between the information overload,customer satisfaction,social network fatigue and user's willingness to use.In order to verify the hypothesis,this study uses the questionnaire survey method to carry on the empirical analysis.A total of 334 questionnaires were collected by using the snowball questionnaire,and the reliability,validity and common method deviation of the construct were tested.The validity of the data was guaranteed and analyzed by SPSS20.0.The results show that WeChat users are suffering from information overload,and social network fatigue is generated by the information overload,resulting in customer satisfaction and the continued use intention.Based on the findings,we provide valuable advices for platform.
