Meteorological issues have been affecting people's clothing,food,housing and transportation.With the advancement and development of technology,mobile phones have become an important way for people to obtain information.In order to improve the quality of meteorological information services,mobile phone users are able to obtain the most effective weather in the shortest possible time.Information,to deal with mobile users to obtain weather information of the satisfaction of the situation and make recommendations.This paper adopts the form of a survey questionnaire to investigate the satisfaction of mobile phone users in obtaining weather information,and uses the2010 China Meteorological Administration's public weather service satisfaction evaluation index and China Customer Satisfaction Index Model(CCSI)as a reference based on relevant literature and weather.Service business process and meteorological service system,following the principles of scientificity,systematicness,criticality,and importance,built a system of evaluation indicators for the satisfaction of mobile users to obtain meteorological information,and statistically analyzed relevant data collected.On this basis,they made rational proposals for mobile phone weather service R&D departments,mobile phone users themselves,and government meteorological departments.Questionnaire survey results show that currently mobile phone users are satisfied with mobile phone weather services,and most mobile phone users believe that the content of mobile phone weather information needs to be improved.At present,there are many empirical studies on meteorological services by domestic scholars on the evaluation indicators and influencing factors.The research results are relatively abundant,but most of them are aimed at public weather service satisfaction.There is very little research on the satisfaction of mobile meteorological information acquisition.This paper passes the questionnaire.The method aims at promoting the development of mobile phone meteorological information services by targeting mobile phone users from the satisfaction of mobile phone weatherinformation content and the satisfaction of mobile phone weather service.This article is mainly divided into the following six parts:The first part is the introduction.This part mainly explains the research background and significance of this paper,analyzes the domestic and foreign related research,and finally expounds the research content and methods of this article and the innovation of this article.The second part mainly summarizes the related theoretical knowledge of mobile meteorological service and user satisfaction in this paper.The third part investigates and studies the satisfaction of mobile phone users for obtaining meteorological information.This part mainly elaborates the design process of questionnaires,including the selection of survey tools and survey methods,the construction of satisfaction survey models,the structural content of survey questionnaires,and the implementation of survey questionnaires.And reliability validity analysis.The fourth part is the analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey.This part mainly analyzes the characteristics of the sample in the survey questionnaire,the user's satisfaction with the content of mobile phone meteorological information,and the user's satisfaction with the mobile weather information service.The fifth part is the investigation conclusions and recommendations.Based on the investigation and analysis of the third part and the fourth part,the research results are obtained.Based on the results,specific recommendations are given to mobile meteorological service operators,users of government departments,and three perspectives.This will promote the improvement of mobile phone weather information services.The sixth part is the summary of the content and existing problems of this paper,and the prospect of future research.
