| Along with rapid development of modern science and technology,the influence of the Internet has been penetrated into the political,economic,cultural and other fields.At the Third Session of the 12 th National People's Congress,the "Internet +" action plan firstly proposed by Premier Li Keqiang in the government work report has also been applied to all areas of social and economic life.With rapid development of science and technology,technological change of China's news public opinion has also been carried out and entered into the Internet digital age.The development of the economic base calls for innovation of the superstructure.The development trend of the news public opinion industry in our country requires that the Marxist theory of journalism in the new period should be innovated and developed continuously in the course of practice.Since the 18 th congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),General Secretary Xi Jinping has made important directives on the work of the party's news public opinion for many times,and put forward new demands.These discussions have greatly enriched the Marxist views of journalism and enriched the theory of socialism with the Chinese characteristics.Minister of the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China,Liu Qibao,has also actively promoted construction of the "four platforms",and advocated to enhance strength of main channels for promotion of the newspaper network theories.In the Internet age,the ideological construction is urgent to be strengthened,and the news public opinion work which lies at the forefront of ideological construction has attracted much attention.The research on news public opinion work has become extremely important.In addition to the introduction and conclusions,this paper is totally divided into four parts.The first part discusses the relationship between the news public opinion work and the ideological construction.Firstly,the news and the news public opinion work are defined.News refers to a report of the recent objective facts.It is featured by timeliness,value,objectivity and authenticity.The news public opinion work is a social practice where the news is truly reported,and the public opinion is positively guided.The news public opinion work should adhere to the party character principle,people's principle and innovative principle.Secondly,the ideology and ideological construction are defined.Ideology is a collection of social ideas which reflect the social reality of production and living conditions,and characterized by sociality,class nature,integrity,initiative and relative independence.Ideological construction is the social practice process where the ideological field is actively and effectively constructed by the social class group in accordance with the social development plan and a certain social development law.Finally,the relationship between the news public opinion work and the ideological construction is analyzed.The news public opinion work is an important part of ideological construction.It is the front of ideological construction and provides the mass basis for ideological construction.The second part analyzes the role of our news public opinion work to ideological construction mainly from the political,economic,cultural,social and ecological aspects.Political functions of the news public opinion work include: political maintenance of the state power,political propaganda of the guiding ideology of the party and the government,political education to the party and the mass;Economic functions include: macro guidance of social and economic development,economic stadardization of the bad economic behaviors in the society and economic incentives of social construction conducted by the mass;Cultural functions include: cultural critique of culture draff and backward culture,cultural integration of multi-cultural confluence and internalization,cultural construction which leads the development of civilization;Social functions include: social regulation of social relations and interpersonal contradiction,counseling of social being's mental health and moral development,provision of social services to the social mass.Ecological functions include: ecological criticism against the destroyed ecological balance,awakening of ecological consciousness,ecological rationality shifting from the present ecological awareness to ecological ideology.The third part discusses the challenges that our news public opinion work faces in ideological construction.Firstly,it analyzes the international challenges that the news public opinion work faces in the process of ideological construction.The globalization of capitalism makes China's news public opinion work challenged by westernization.The contemporary western society thought makes the work challenged by differentiation.Secondly,it analyzes the domestic challenges faced by the news public opinion work in the process of ideological construction.The complicated and changeable features of the social transition period makes China's news public opinion work challenged by the reform,and high open degree of the media age challenges the news public opinion work in terms of information selection.Finally,it analyzes the challenges from China's news public opinion work itself in the process of ideological construction.There are problems of China's news public opinion arising from the mainstream ideology construction,such as lack of theoretical propaganda,less government information interaction and existence of behavior deviation in the practice,imperfect ideological safety supervision system,insufficient depth and strength of supervision,weak supervision consciousness,etc.The fourth part discusses the specific path of improving the news public opinion work to strengthen the ideological construction.First of all,the news public opinion work should adhere to the Marxist view of journalism,and maintain ideological security.Adhering to the Marxist view of journalism should follow the party character principle,and resolutely safeguard the party's authority;In addition,the work should insist on putting people first,positively guiding the public opinions;paying attention to truth and following the news public opinion.Secondly,the news public opinion work should keep up with the times to realize innovation and development.In order to realize the innovation of the news public opinion concept,we should build great promotional idea,shape the Internet ideas and implement democratic consciousness.In order to realize innovation of the approaches,we promote integration of old and new media,and innovate the expression forms of the news public opinion;In order to realize the innovation of news public opinion work at the grass-roots level,we should go deep into the people living and closely observe how things are going with the people to strengthen the grassroots team construction.Finally,we should seize the time efficiency and enhance the ideological power.We should grasp the rhythm in order to timely guide the public opinions;we should stay within limits in order to do a good job in news propaganda;we also should strengthen building of the international communication capacity to enhance the ideological international voice.In general,studying functions and realization path of the news public opinion work in the ideological construction can help to recognize the importance of the news public opinion work and ideological construction in order to better maintain the ideological security,and help to consciously resist penetration of Western ideology,thus maintaining national security and stability. |
