With the development of VoLTE technology and 4G wireless communication technology,more and more demanding on the quality of data traffic are required.To cope with the increasing mobile data business requirements,it is an urgent and important issue to make the most use of the existing network of spectrum resources to minimize the investment and evolve to LTE smoothing step by step.This paper studies the construction scheme of China Telecom's LTE 800 MHz base station in rural areas.This paper firstly introduces the research of the background and current situation at domestic and foreign,and analyzes the current network situation of 800 MHz spectrum of China Telecom CDMA and Henan rural areas with comparison between800 MHz and 1.8GHz network link budget coverage performance.,to the analysis results prove that the low frequency network is helpful to reduce the number of new sites and save the investment while speeding up the progress of the project.Secondly,the paper explains the cause,advantages and purpose of the re-farming 800 MHz,and introduces four kinds of LTE 800 MHz frequency re-farming schemes with four kinds of equipment deployment scheme.Designs of the planning target LTE 800 MHz base station of China Telecom in rural areas,in particular,for a city area in Henan as an example,is simulated by Atoll software.The simulation results are analyzed.Finally,to solve the problems of the design,it is necessary to set up the buffer band isolation belt for the same frequency interference in the LTE 800 MHz system,and to adopt the direct and indirect frequency reduction for the CDMA multiple carrier isolated station.The construction scheme of LTE 800 MHz base station of China Telecom in rural areas in this paper is aiming at promoting the full coverage of LTE network in rural areas,satisfying the market competition and the future demand of VOLTE service quality.At the same time,re-farming of 800 MHz frequency band can not only make full use of spectrum resources,but also the use of 800 MHz band wide coverage with the advantages of reducing the cost of LTE network deployment.
